About Caddens Care

As a registered NDIS Service Provider, Caddens Care is committed to  ethical conduct in the delivery of supports and services for every participant. Caddens Care staff will always focus on quality care, keeping you safe in any environment and ensuring you feel respected,  make your own decisions and build trust with your workers.

All of Caddens Care Staff completed the NDIS Training "Quality, Safety & You" and Human Rights training to ensure every participant is supported to say how and when services should be provided. Caddens Care staff all sign and agree to ideal standards for service delivery, open and honest communication and ethical behaviours when they sign the Code of Conduct.

Caddens Care encourages all staff, participants and their families/advocates/carers to speak out if they see behaviour that is abusive, neglectful or exploits a person living with a disability. Our dedication to safety, equality, human rights and dignity drive us to continuously improve service excellence, enjoyment and safety.
