About the role
As a Casual Support Worker, you will enhance the lives of people living with a disability by providing a high standard of care with respect, dignity and joy. Every individual living with a disability designs their own support plan that meets their personal care needs, goals and preferences. Your commitment, passion and respect will ensure every individual is supported to drive decision making and fully exercise their human rights.
Our Casual Disability Support Workers will be offered work throughout the weekday and weekends, including early morning, daytime, afternoon and night shifts.

What you need to join the Caddens Care Team
· Honesty, Integrity, Enthusiasm and a passion for working with people
· NDIS Worker Clearance
· Police Criminal History Check (completed within 12 months)
· Working with Children Check
· First Aid Certificate
· Valid Driver Licence and access to a safe vehicle
· Quality, Safety & You Certificate
· Relevant skills, qualifications and training (and current membership to governing body where relevant)
· Two referees, including a current supervisor, who can explain why your skills, experience and personal attributes make you an ideal candidate for our team
· Understanding and commitment to the Child Safe Standards and NDIS Practice Standards
· Eligibility to work in NSW
