Protecting the privacy and dignity of every participant is a requirement of the NDIS Practice Standards under Rights and Responsibilities (Core Module 1). Caddens Care passionately support the human rights of all people we work with. We believe decision making, privacy and protecting personal information is a core right of every person.
Understanding your human rights is really important. You can have help from a friend or independent advocate to make sure your human rights are respected and upheld.

Caddens Care have policies and procedures that respect and protect participants’ personal privacy and dignity.
Participants are informed of confidentiality policies as part of the Participant Welcome Pack and Intake process. We ask your consent before we collect your information and we store your information on a secure data management system with passwords and fire walls. Caddens Care staff will not share your information without your consent and we only share information when we need to.
If you think the information we have about your is wrong, please contact your support worker or admin@caddenscare.com.au and request to have the wrong information corrected.
