Caddens Care staff have a zero tolerance to abuse, neglect or exploitation of any human being. We believe in speaking out when a person is harmed or their human rights are ignored.

Caddens Care staff adopt a safety first stance, working with people to identify risks and preferences for delivering safe, effective and enjoyable services.

Caddens Care staff have reporting systems in place to ensure risks are managed and our obligation to notify NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, NSW Police and other government services, such as Communities and Justice.
